Rolling Stone Stables is a quiet, private horse ranch offering peaceful RV stays in a scenic country setting. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests. Please review the rules below before your stay.
GENERAL RULES & ACCESS
● This is a private ranch and is not open to the public.
● RV stays are temporary only (up to 30 days). You may renew your monthly stay as often as you wish.
● The entrance gate will be left open or closed at management’s discretion.
● Gate codes change often. If the gate code is changed, guests will be notified in advance and given the new code.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
● All guests must be registered and approved by management before residing in the park.
● Guests are responsible for their behavior and their visitors.
● Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
● No illicit drug use or possession is allowed.
● No form of violence will be tolerated.
● If either drug use or violence is seen, reported, or suspected, authorities will be called. If arrested, guests will be evicted, and their RV will be towed to impound.
HORSES & RANCH AREAS
● This is a working horse ranch. We are not liable or responsible for injuries caused by horses, livestock, ranch equipment, or uneven ground.
● Guests may view or photograph horses from a distance. Do not touch or approach horses without permission.
● Do not enter pastures, barns, tack sheds, or equipment areas.
PETS
● We are a pet-friendly RV park.
● Dogs must be leashed at all times.
● Please pick up after your pet and dispose of trash appropriately.
● Pets may not roam without a leash except in our designated 10-acre fenced dog area.
● Pets must not bark excessively or be a nuisance.
SPEED LIMIT
● Speed limit is 10 MPH. Please respect the speed limit, as we have children and animals in the park.
SMOKING POLICY
● All buildings are smoke-free.
● Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Use proper trash containers for disposal.
TRASH & CLEANLINESS
● Please keep your RV site clean and free of trash.
● All trash should be disposed of immediately. A dumpster is located near the ranch entrance.
WILDLIFE & FOOD
● Wildlife is common in the area, and we ask that you respect and protect the local wildlife.
● No hunting is allowed on the property.
PRIVATE LAKE & FISHING
● Fishing is allowed for catch and release only.
● No fishing license is required.
● The lake is private and for guests only. Visitors are allowed to fish only when accompanied by a registered guest.
COMMUNITY CENTER
● We offer a guest community center with coin laundry and a shower house.
● Please clean up after yourself when using these shared facilities.
STORM SHELTER
● A private storm shelter is available for guests and is not open to the public.
● The shelter is located near the yellow house with an orange door.
SECURITY & CAMERAS
● Security cameras are used throughout the park. Theft, vandalism, or trespassing will be prosecuted.
UTILITIES
● Utilities are included and must be paid in advance. Power may be turned off if rent is unpaid. Propane is not provided.
● Dump stations are shared and are not for permanent hookup. Dump, then remove your hose.
MAIL & DELIVERIES
● No mail service is provided to individual lots.
● You may use the park address for mail and packages, which will be delivered to the community center mail area. Use 5927 Ellis Lake Rd, Shawnee, OK 74804 for paper mail. Use 5881 Ellis Lake Rd, Shawnee, OK 74804 for UPS, FedEx, or Amazon deliveries.
● Please check the mail area frequently. We are not liable for mail or packages.
RENT & PAYMENTS
● Rent must be paid in advance.
● We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.
● No refunds for early checkout.
DEPOSIT
● A $50 security deposit will be collected with the first payment for all stays up to or exceeding 30 days.
● The deposit will be refunded if your site is left in good condition and free from debris and trash.
RULE VIOLATIONS
● Breaking any rule may result in immediate eviction.
● No refunds will be given for violations.
